By using killerrank.com, you agree to use it lawfully and not to attempt to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or interfere with the contact form. The content on this site, including text, design and graphics, belongs to Killerspots.com, Inc. and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.

No warranty on the website itself

This website is provided as is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not promise it will be free of errors or uninterrupted.

Service terms, in plain language

If you sign up for a KillerRank plan, these are the terms that apply. This section is written in plain language on purpose.

Plans are billed monthly. There is no long term contract.
You can cancel at any time. Cancellation must be given in writing (email is fine).
Setup fees are currently waived on every plan.
Card payments carry a 3.9% processing fee.
Rankings and AI mentions are earned over time. We do not guarantee a specific ranking, a specific AI mention, or a specific timeline. What we guarantee is the work: the posts, fixes, links and reports described in your plan, delivered every month.
Nothing publishes on your website or under your name without your review. You approve every post before it goes live.
If a plan is cancelled, work already delivered that month is not refunded, and any work in progress stops at the end of the current billing cycle.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Any dispute arising from these terms or from the KillerRank service will be handled in the courts of Hamilton County, Ohio.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we do, we will update the date at the top of this page.
