What we collect when you contact us, how we use it, and how to have it removed.

When you submit the contact form on killerrank.com, we collect the information you enter: your name, email, phone number, company, website and message. We also record the page you first visited on our site, the referring source, and any campaign tags attached to that visit, so we know how your visit found us and can route your enquiry correctly.
We use this information only to respond to your enquiry, to reach you about the services you asked about, and to understand which marketing efforts bring in the leads we help. We store it in our own systems. We do not sell your information to anyone, for any reason.
Our contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell real visitors apart from automated submissions. Turnstile runs a short check in your browser when you submit the form. It does not track you across other sites.
We may use basic analytics to understand how visitors use this site and to measure which marketing campaigns bring visitors here. This information is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally.
We keep contact form submissions as long as needed to respond to you and, if you become a client, to service your account. If you never become a client, we periodically remove old enquiries that are no longer active.
To have your information removed from our systems, email storm@killerspots.com and ask us to delete your record. We will confirm once it is done.
This site is intended for business owners and decision makers. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and change the date at the top.
